The location was central, perfect to sightseeing places. I liked the huge and quiet room for the private double beds and the staff were fabulously friendly! Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Sapporo.

I recommend the place. The room was huge and new-fashioned with the private double beds and far away, for instance, had the best night sleep. The staff was genuinely helpful and made me feel at home. The location was comfy and easy for walking around Ramen alley dining. The area was extra comfy.

The venue is placed in a central position close to the center. Plus, this hotel is next to restaurants, station and points of interest and Susukino train station and Susukino the entertainment district.

Stayed over New Year's. Great location for Snow&Ice festival and public transportation. Friendly staff. Nice lounges. Beds were comfortable. Quick and easy check-in/out process. English speaking staff and map/brochures available. Loved the communal room by the reception, very comfortable and lots of people to hang out with.

Room temperature fluctuated, could get pretty cold. Trash in the common areas should be emptied more often.

It was clean, and the people were helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the dormitory room which was beautiful for the private double beds. The location was absolutely perfect and amazing in a shopping area, really close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Norbesa and metro and Susukino and great pizza right at the bottom of the stairs...

There were climate control, a safe, and a dining area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom here was spacious. The location was particularly good, not very far from Odori Park.

The staff were friendly and provided helpful travel information. The hostel had spacious common areas and well-designed bunk beds for maximum privacy. It was conveniently located within walking distance to sights and transportation. Complimentary toiletries were provided with a lovely scent. Nearby restaurants, such as 'Goonies', offered delicious vegetarian and vegan options.
